Purpose/Principle
Provide measurement of soluble CD25 (sCD25) in patient’s serum using an ELISA kit.
Special Collection Notes
Sample must received into the lab Monday-Friday(before 4pm). Do not send sample on Friday (after noon), Saturday, or Sunday.

Specimen Volume
Preferred: 1.5 mL (0.5 mL serum/plasma)
Minimum: 0.6 mL (0.1 mL serum/plasma)
Processing Instructions
1) Centrifuge sample per procedure.
2) Pipette off serum and split into three equal aliquots unless less than 0.2 mL total, then put into 1 aliquot.
3) Place sample in freezer until courier arrives.
4) Store and send sample Frozen (on dry ice) via courier.
