If you are an external client, please submit all specimens along with a completed requisition. We recommend printing requisitions as a double-sided document to ensure that page 2 is included and filled out completely.

Due to instrument issues, the following biochemical genetics tests will be temporarily re-routed to a reference laboratory for processing. Please note that this may result in a slight delay in receiving results:

• Urine organic acids
• HVA/VMA testing
• Glutaric/3OH glutaric testing
• Urine methylmalonic (not serum)
• Benzoic acid testing
• Orotic acid testing
• Succinylacetone testing
