Purpose/Principle
This panel includes DNA and RNA analysis of 334 genes with clinical significance for the diagnosis, prognosis, and therapeutic decision making for solid and hematopoietic neoplasms.

Specimen Volume
Whole Blood/Bone Marrow Preferred: 4.0 mL Minimum: 0.5 mL **Receipt of blood or bone marrow within 72 hours of collection. Delays may impact nucleic acid quality.Tissue: Preferred: uncut paraffin-embedded tissue block. Slides: 1 stained and 10 unstained - 10 micron thick slides *Receipt within 24 hours of cutting or as soon as possible. Delays may impact nucleic acid quality.
