Additional Notes
Specimen will be rejected if clotted. This test should NOT be ordered without first confirming that the patient has B cells. If the patient has been on rituximab or similar B cell depleting therapy, then a TBNK PANEL [LAB7755] should be ordered to evaluate B cell numbers prior to ordering comprehensive B cell phenotyping.
