Flow cytometry analysis of CD3+CD4-CD8-TCRab+ (Double Negative T Cells or DNTs) that are characteristic of Autoimmune Lymphoproliferative Syndrome (ALPS).

Processing Instructions
Submit whole blood -DO NOT CENTRIFUGE.
Store and send ambient.
Sample must received into the lab Monday-Friday(before noon). Do not send sample on Friday (after noon), Saturday, Sunday or holidays.
