CVS and Living Cells in Tissue Culture Flask or Amniotic Fluid

Specimen Volume

  • Optimal Volume: 4.0 ml
  • Minimum Volume: 0.5 ml Two T25 flasks of confluent cells-must be accompanied by maternal whole blood.
