Test Code LAB6498 Chimerism Analysis, Post-Transplant

Performing Section

PRECISION DIAGNOSTICS

Purpose/Principle

This method uses the Promega PowerPlex® Fusion System for analysis.
Numerous sequence variations have been defined in the human genome which can be used to specifically characterize and distinguish individuals and to define their relatedness within a family or a specific population.
