Test Code LAB5073 Mycophenolic Acid Level
Aliases
MPA
Purpose/Principle
This method uses methanol to separate mycophenolic acid from protein in the sample, which is then applied to a reverse phase HPLC column and quantitated by comparison to a deuterated internal standard against which a calibration curve has been generated.
