Assists in the management Tacrolimus therapy for patients who have received liver or kidney transplants.

Special Collection Notes

Collect trough levels 30 minutes prior to next dose.
Mix well after collection to prevent clotting – Do NOT CENTRIFUGE.
This test CANNOT share containers with any other test.

Preferred: 0.5 mL
Minimum: 0.3 mL

Mix well after collection.
