  • This order requires collection by CAPILLARY ONLY!
  • High concentrations of gadolinium and iodine are known to interfere with most metals tests. If either gadolinium- or iodine-containing contrast media has been administered, a specimen should not be collected for 96 hours.

Processing Instructions

1) Mix well after collection. 2) DO NOT CENTRIFUGE. 3) Store sample at refrigerated temperature until courier arrives. 4) Send sample refrigerated (on wet ice) via courier.
