Biochemical Genetics

Purpose/Principle

Clinical teams can use this test to help clarify whether a patient has VLCAD deficiency often as follow up to abnormal newborn screening results or inconclusive molecular genetic testing.

DO NOT CENTRIFUGE. Store refrigerated and send on wet ice via courier OR ship overnighted on cold pack (See Resources for more shipping info).
